Nastar Roofing was founded by L.B. Skaggs in 2004. Roofing has been L.B.’s profession since he was 16 years old. From 1988 until he started Nastar Roofing he was hired by many local roofing companies to manage their projects, L.B. has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of roofing.
